We were contracted to do the Design Build for their location in Norfolk, Virginia. We performed a site assessment and also worked with Work Program Architects on the Value Engineering aspect of this design.
This project included a walk-in cooler to house kegs for the specialty wall featuring 48 taps. We incorporated storage for the wiring for the 24 iPads and 2 RFID readers that would activate each tap for self-serve purposes. We demolished parts of the existing brick façade to incorporate 4 glass roll-up doors. We also incorporated a massive chandelier from the local historic Granby Theatre. The electrical scope on this project was large, needing to supply outlets for over 50 arcade games, 8 duckpin bowling lanes, and 4 skeebowl lanes.
This project has led to Provost Construction doing the Tenant Fit-Out for their newest location in Charlotte, North Carolina.
